Never your exact spot
Location is coarsened to a district on your device. Precise GPS is never stored against your profile.

The late-night study sessions. The weekend parties. The hidden cafés. The evening runs. The live music. The routines, places, and passions that define how you live - and that you wish more people around you shared. Riymo helps you discover those people nearby, including friends, who naturally share those same rhythms.

You already have rhythms.
Riymo finds your people inside them.
The people nearby out at the same spots, doing the same things as you.
A quick look into the app.
Every rhythm is its own room. Open one and you land on who's syncing this minute, where it's happening, and the people who keep it too.
Open Riymo and you can see your neighborhood pulsing: who's out right now, which spots are active, and who else is syncing in your rhythms.
A rhythm is something you do consistently: your morning and evening runs, your writing nights, your weekend nights in the city, your usual coffee places. You pick yours in a minute, and personalize them based on how you do them.
Your rhythms are the single thread through everything in Riymo. They're how people find you, how you find them, how the app knows who to surface, and what shared rhythm moments are even about.

Riymo ranks the people around you by how many rhythms you share, most-shared first. The top of your Discovery is the people who already move like you.
Because it's built on what you both already do, a first hello has somewhere to start.

Sync shows you are active in the rhythm. The people you choose to see it are notified when you sync in shared rhythms.
Drop is for sharing rhythm moments. When you are active in your rhythm, you can share snapshots with the people you pick to let them feel the vibe and energy.

A crew is a small circle of friends around one rhythm: your run group, your studio-night people, the friends you go out with. When one of you syncs into the rhythm, the rest hear about it: one quiet nudge that says "someone's out," instead of a hundred messages asking who is. Open the crew and you catch what everyone's been up to: who synced this week, the streak you're keeping together, the chat that lives inside the rhythm.
The chat lives inside the crew, and streaks count the weeks you actually kept it going together. Two people are enough to start: invite a friend and they land already connected to you, with the rhythm on their profile.

Following someone is low-stakes, a quiet way to keep a person in view. When a conversation turns into something, you add them to your mutuals: a close group of the people you actually talk with.
Connection that grows at its own pace, measured by who you show up with, not a follower count.

Message the people you connect with, react to their rhythm moments, and drop in when someone's out. When it clicks, one tap adds them to your mutuals.
It's the natural end of the loop: rhythms brought you together, a shared moment put you in the same place, and a conversation turns it into a Tuesday you both keep.

Each part of Riymo hands off to the next. The rhythm is the thread that runs through all of it.
Riymo only works if you trust it. So it collects the minimum, keeps location coarse, and hands you the controls.
Location is coarsened to a district on your device. Precise GPS is never stored against your profile.
Finding friends already here uses hashes made on your phone. Your address book never leaves it.
Go incognito, hide your active hours, or pause sharing anytime. Block and report are always one tap.
Adults only, enforced at sign-up. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, zero tolerance for abuse.

Less scrolling.
More showing up.

A rhythm is something you do consistently, the gigs you never miss, your late studio nights, your usual café, your nights in the city. Riymo matches people on shared rhythms so you can discover them.
No. Riymo is about finding your people, friends, regulars, gig buddies, the crew you keep ending up with, through what you already do. What grows from there is up to you.
A small circle of your mutuals around one rhythm: your run group, your studio-night people, your going-out friends. When one of you syncs into the rhythm, the rest hear about it, the chat lives inside the crew, and streaks count the weeks you kept it going together. Two people are enough to start one.
You land already connected to the friend who invited you, with the rhythm they invited you to on your profile from day one. No searching, no follow requests, you start together.
No. It isn't a noticeboard of events, or listings, or local news. When we say "around you," we mean people, the ones nearby who keep the same rhythms you do, out and about while you are.
Never. Location is coarsened to a district on your device before anything is sent, and precise coordinates are never stored against your profile. You can go incognito or pause sharing entirely at any time.
We're launching on iOS first to get the experience right, with Android to follow. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know the moment it lands on your platform.
Riymo is free to join. If we ever add premium features, the core of finding your people stays free.
